The Sinclair project is a custom cabinetry and millwork installation that blends traditional craftsmanship with modern minimalism. Designed in collaboration with Erika Friesen Design, this space reflects a careful balance of texture, light, and architectural clarity.
From the outset, the goal was to create an environment that feels both refined and inviting. Through thoughtful material selection and precise detailing, Sinclair brings together warmth and restraint in a way that supports everyday living while elevating the overall experience of the space.
Project Overview
Sinclair integrates custom cabinetry across multiple living areas, including the kitchen, office, bathroom, and shared spaces. The design approach focuses on creating continuity through materials while allowing each space to maintain its own identity.
Large openings and natural light play a key role, enhancing the textures and finishes used throughout the home.
Design & Craftsmanship
